No project is successful without a plan. Our approach includes a kick-off session, project planning meetings and development of the project plan. Before we move into the other steps in our approach it is critical we have a thorough grasp of the project constraints, have met all of the project team members and stakeholders and create a schedule to keep us on track.


Through The Audit we diagnose how people move through the employee lifecycle and assess the entire relationship to uncover where it can be strengthened. We evaluate systems, processes and development initiatives to devise a plan to address what's not working through our beyondboarding™ solutions, focusing on one aspect of connecting, engaging and growing talent or the whole lifecycle process.

Communication plays a key role throughout our approach. It begins with a Communications Workshop to design the Communications Plan which focuses on identifying the target audiences and developing key messages. Then we determine the appropriate communication tactics to use during the phases of the initiative to create buy-in, target the messaging and developing the marketing to the appropriate audience(s). This approach supports successful implementation and sustainability for the beyondboarding™ initiative.


We work with you and your team to develop customized beyondboarding™ solutions that we help you implement, including the internal communications required for employee buy-in. We flex to your needs based on the resources available and how much or how little you need our services. We can orchestra the initiative, play the role of instructional designer and facilitator, as well as source and select third party vendors.
